The NATIVE-SX chassis provides 5 slots for Advanced Mezzanine Cards (AMCs) plus one full size MCH slot in a 3U desktop form factor. The NATIVE-SX provides a non-redundant environment including support of PCI-Express (PCIe) or other fat pipe communication protocols and SATA.

NATIVE-R9 is designed for high availability applications where redundancy of all chassis modules is required. NATIVE-R9 offers two push-pull fan trays which are removable from the front of the chassis. Cable trays at the front and rear of the chassis facilitate management of cables.
